With DuoWear, you can:

Track your daily step count, calculate calories burned, distance covered, and time spent exercising.
Get insights on your exercise intensity during each workout session through the intelligent exercise timeline.
Monitor your daily sleep patterns, including deep sleep time, light sleep time, and awake time.
Set goals and motivate yourself to complete daily workouts.

**Important Note**: This app uses GPS location services continuously, which may result in higher battery consumption compared to other apps.
